Originally from Vitry-sur-Seine and trained at AAS Fresnes, Maïssa Fathallah joined the INF Clairefontaine academy in 2022. Thanks to her performances, she became the only INF player to play with a boys’ team. After two impressive seasons, she joined the OL Lyonnes academy in 2024, where she played 17 matches with the U19 team this season.
A starter in every match, Maïssa Fathallah stands out thanks to her versatility, capable of playing both as a midfielder and a center-back. Last May, the French international participated in the U17 European Championship in the Faroe Islands. Their performance earned the French U17 team a place in the next U17 World Cup, scheduled for October.
OL Lyonnes is delighted to see a young player from its academy take the next step in her career by signing her first professional contract. The club is pleased to support her development.
