No tickets are sold at the stadium. Please note that purchasing tickets from an unofficial platform will not grant you access to the stadium. For your information, in France, the resale of tickets for home matches is strictly prohibited under Article L313-6-2 of the Penal Code.

To attend an OL Lyonnes match at Groupama Stadium as a person with a disability (PSH/PMR), you must register for the PSH/PMR program to access the dedicated ticketing system.
The program is open to holders of a disability card with a disability rating of 80% or higher, or a Disability Inclusion Card (CMI) with the “disability” designation.
Registration is done via the dedicated form.
As stated in the ticketing terms and conditions at billetterie.ol.fr (article 8.4), tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. You can, however, share your tickets with others you know by giving them away free of charge.

“In the event of a Match postponement, whether or not the match has kicked off, the Ticket remains valid for the Match on the rescheduled date (and cannot be exchanged or refunded).” “The Club will not issue any refunds if the Ticket Holder is unable to attend the Match for any reason whatsoever, including illness.”
Safety: You can safely bring a child. The stadium has specialized and trained staff to ensure your safety during your visit to Groupama Stadium.
Pricing: The child rate applies to children aged 0 to 16 inclusive. Please note that all stadium entry fees apply, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To benefit from the child rate, the accompanying adult and child must purchase tickets in the same block, and no seat changes will be possible.
Avoid bringing bags and luggage, as backpacks are not permitted in the stadium. Lockers are available at the bottom of the north and south access ramps for €3 (or €4 for concerts).
The following items are prohibited in the stadium:
Pyrotechnics and explosives, laser pointers, rigid flagpoles, bundles of flags, bottles larger than 50cl, glasses (except reusable cups), backpacks, large bags (hiking bags, sports bags, suitcases), cans, weapons, tools, vuvuzelas, animals (except guide dogs for the blind or assistance dogs), helmets, safety shoes, power banks, cameras, and any materials/displays intended to be seen by others for political, ideological, philosophical, or commercial purposes.

No, you cannot smoke or vape inside the stadium, which is smoke-free. However, it is permitted outside, on the podium.
Yes, the stadium has lockers located at Gate V of the Stadium for a price of €3.
You’ll find food outlets inside the stadium (cash only, credit cards accepted) and around the stadium on the podium.
You can also grab a bite to eat before entering the stadium at the OL Vallée leisure complex located next door. If you have a ticket with a premium package (lounge, box, brasserie, etc.), your meal will be included.
Food is permitted in the stadium, but boxes and cutlery are prohibited. Bottles are not allowed (even without caps). Water bottles are not permitted.
Yes, there are numerous restrooms both inside and outside the stadium. The Groupama Stadium complex is equipped with restrooms for men and women, as well as restrooms for people with reduced mobility.
