Orange and OL Lyonnes extend their partnership

Orange and OL Lyonnes extend their partnership

Orange and OL Lyonnes have announced the extension of their official partnership. First launched in December 2024, the agreement has been renewed with enhanced activities on game days and new initiatives focused on brand visibility and social responsibility.

As part of this renewal, Orange will strengthen its partnership with OL Lyonnes through an expanded program. In particular, the Orange Football Challenge will be given greater prominence, with 11 events organized this season compared to 2 under the previous contract. These events will take place at halftime during Arkema Première Ligue matches played at Groupama Stadium.

At the same time, three webinars will be offered to train coaches in best digital practices, both for the OL Lyonnes amateur soccer network and for the OL Academy.

Orange and OL Lyonnes will also strengthen their commitment to amateur women’s soccer by organizing tournaments dedicated to partner clubs. Beyond the sport itself, these events will raise awareness among young female players about the issues surrounding cyberbullying and best practices in digital technology, while offering them the opportunity to attend an OL Lyonnes match and enjoy an immersive experience at the very heart of top-level women’s soccer.

Through this partnership, Orange and OL Lyonnes are pursuing a shared goal: to showcase women’s soccer and elevate it to new heights, guided by the values of integrity, solidarity, and respect. This renewal is part of Orange’s ongoing commitment to equal opportunity, gender diversity, and digital literacy.

Laetitia Orsini-Sharps, Head of Consumer Business at Orange France, said: “This renewal demonstrates the strength of our partnership with OL LYONNES and our shared commitment to making women’s soccer a platform for performance, visibility, and social engagement. Through concrete actions both on and off the field, we want to continue supporting the players, amateur clubs, and the younger generations.”

Vincent Ponsot, General Manager of OL Lyonnes, said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Orange, which reflects our mutual trust and a strong shared ambition to make women’s soccer a powerful force for progress. This collaboration takes shape through concrete actions, whether it’s the Orange Football Challenge, our initiatives with amateur clubs, or awareness campaigns on cyberbullying and responsible digital use. Together, we aim to provide more opportunities for young female players, boost the visibility of women’s soccer, and contribute to its sustainable development.”
