Ada Hegerberg joined OL in 2014 at the age of 19 and has become one of the most prolific players of her generation over the years. Her history with the club is marked by numerous team and individual trophies, as well as impressive statistics. The Lyon striker has played a total of 244 matches in all competitions for Olympique Lyonnais and is the club’s second-highest scorer of all time with 264 goals.
For ten years, Ada Hegerberg has been playing and excelling with her teammates on the national and European stage. A six-time winner of the Women’s Champions League, the Nordic striker has also become the top scorer in the history of the European competition with 64 goals.
The Norwegian international, who has won eight French championships, six French Cups, and three Champions Trophies with OL, has also won prestigious awards including UEFA Women’s Player of the Year and French Championship Player of the Year in 2016, before winning the first Women’s Ballon d’Or in 2018.
Ten years later, the wonderful story between the club and Ada Hegerberg continues to unfold.
