Thank you Amel Majri!

A product of the club’s youth academy, Amel Majri proudly represented OL Lyon for 18 years, first in the youth system and then, since 2010, with the first team.

The fourth most-capped player in OL Lyon’s history, Amel has played 327 matches across all competitions for the club and surpassed 200 appearances in the Arkema Première Ligue last season.

Over the years, the Lyon native has built one of the most impressive records in women’s football, with a total of 28 trophies with the club: 8 Women’s Champions League titles, 11 Arkema Première Ligue titles, 8 French Cups, and one Trophée des Champions. Her consistent performances quickly earned her a place on the French national team, for which she has a total of 82 caps.

Beyond her athletic achievements, Amel has always been exemplary off the pitch and has become a role model for future generations. The club wishes her all the best for the rest of her career and thanks her for everything she has contributed throughout her time in Lyon.
