On the occasion of the Arkema Première Ligue playoffs’ semi-final, the Groupama Stadium will welcome nearly 200 dogs in a specially adapted stand for an experience that promises to be twice as ‘woof’. One date to remember: Sunday, May 17, 2026.
The concept: come to the stadium with your dog and enjoy three free tickets, one for the owner, one for a guest, and one for the loyal companion.
To match the enthusiasm generated by the first edition, the dedicated ‘dog stand’ is going bigger than ever to welcome as many families as possible.
For this second edition, 200 dogs are expected at the Groupama Stadium, twice as many as last year. A specially designed stand will ensure that supporters and their loyal companions are welcomed in the best possible comfort and safety conditions.
This new edition takes place at a key moment of the season: the Arkema Première Ligue playoffs. A competition format that brings together the best teams in French women’s football in knockout matches. OL Lyonnes’ opponent is not yet known, but the objective is already clear: move one step closer to the final and the title. Enough to add extra bite to this twice-as-woof experience.
Before kick-off, fans and their dogs will be able to enjoy twice as many activities around the stadium, turning the pre-match into a true family celebration.
On the agenda:
For this second edition, Kleber and OL Lyonnes are launching the Team de Wouf. Fans are invited to share a photo of their dog on social media using the hashtag #MatchDeWouf. After a public vote and jury selection, the lineup will be revealed: 11 starting dogs who will feature on the official match poster!
As part of its ‘Driven by Trust’ partnership with OL Lyonnes, Kleber, the French tyre brand, aims to bring the whole family together for a unique and original experience on May 17 at the Groupama Stadium.
Statement from Andrea Morsching, Marketing Director at Kleber, on this initiative:
‘After the enthusiasm generated by the first edition, we wanted to go even further. With the Match de Wouf, we will offer a twice-as-woof experience: more dogs, more activities, and a key moment of the sporting season with the playoffs. A unique way to bring our promise to life: trust in all seasons.’
Statement from Vincent Ponsot, CEO of OL Lyonnes:
‘The Match de Wouf has become a highly anticipated event for our fans. This new edition, taking place during the Playoffs, promises a unique atmosphere at the Groupama Stadium. Together with Kleber, we continue to create experiences that bring the club closer to its supporters and allow football to be experienced in a different way.’
