The most iconic of Lyon’s women joins the most iconic mural in the city of Lyon.
Six new figures will indeed be added to the Fresque de Lyonnais. Two of them were unveiled this Monday, November 3rd, by the artists of Cité Création: Laurent Gerra and Wendie Renard. Recognized by her peers on the national and international stage, this is a new tribute for the artist who will join the 36 other figures already featured on the trompe-l’œil mural on Rue de la Martinière, near the banks of the Saône.
Having arrived in Lyon in 2006, Wendie Renard thus joins Bernard Lacombe, who already depicted the OL family on the mural.
