Training camp diary : First day at the adidas campus

Heading to Germany

A group of 28 players flew to Nuremberg this morning to join the adidas campus located in the small Bavarian town of Herzogenaurach. Selma Bacha even shared behind-the-scenes footage of the trip in her vlog.

The team arrived shortly after 12pm and our Lyon players were able to collect the room keys and settle in before going to lunch.

First session

After a few hours of rest, they headed to the field for the first training session of this camp. Following the traditional pre-training session indoors, Jonatan Giráldez took charge of the session.

They then met up for dinner and were able to spend time together before spending their first night on campus.
