A morning session
Once the indoor training session was over, our players laced up their cleats for their second training session on the adidas campus pitches. After warming up and several drills, Jonatan Giráldez‘s group worked on tactics, finishing the session with a scrimmage.
The players then enjoyed cold baths before heading to the showers and then having lunch.
Rest and weight training in the afternoon
Our Lyonnes then enjoyed a moment of rest before heading to a weight training session to close out the day.
